Feel Good Flexibility: Bends with Friends

Join Rebecca and Lorenzo for a warming slow flow yoga practice, with yin-inspired holds and thoughtful mobility exercises. After flowing on our own mat, we’ll end with intuitive partner work to help stretch and support each other. Come with a partner, or join solo and work with others in the space. This is an all levels experience, great for anyone wanting to move more freely and abundantly in their own body.
