Refunds, Cancellations AND Late Fees

  • What is your refund policy?

All payments for drop-ins, class packages, and membership packages are non-refundable. No exceptions will be made. The WalkGood Yard has a no refund policy.

Under certain circumstances and applicable only for daily class drop-in purchases and limited class packages (including Green member and 10 class package), you may be given a class credit. Please see our cancellation policy.

  • What is your class cancellation policy?

We ask that you cancel your reservation at least 4 hours prior to your scheduled class. If you do so you will receive a class credit of equal value. This is applicable only for drop-in purchases of daily classes and limited class packages. Class credits will not be given for experiential classes or workshops.

Any cancellations less than 4 hours before a class start time will incur a late cancellation fee. For a daily class, the late cancellation fee is $8. For a specialty class, the late cancellation fee is $10. For a workshop, the late cancellation fee is 30% of the workshop cost. Workshops can range from $30-$65 depending on the offering.

  • What is your no-show policy?

No-shows potentially take a reservation away from an individual that would like to attend. If you are a membership or pass holder and fail to show up for your class without cancelling, a no-show fee will be charged to your account. You will be unable to book additional classes if you have an account balance.

For a daily class, the no-show fee is $15. For an experiential class, the no-show fee is $18. For a workshop, the no-show fee is 60% of the workshop cost.

Due to limited parking, we recommend that you arrive at the studio space at least 20 minutes ahead of start time. Classes start on time. If you have not checked-in 5 minutes prior to class, you may forfeit your spot to an individual on the waitlist. Entry to the class is not allowed 5 minutes past the start time of your class.
