Good Flow 1

  • An introductory yoga journey with our signature WalkGood LA Vinyasa flow. This beginner-friendly class nurtures strength, flexibility, and mindfulness through gentle stretching and foundational postures. It allows for more freedom and creativity in the flow.

Good flow 2

  • Elevate your practice with a creative and seamless Vinyasa yoga class designed for experienced yogis. Intermediate/advanced level.

Gentle Flow

  • Experience a restorative yoga practice that incorporates props to enhance relaxation. Open to all levels.

    Class Duration: 60 minutes

SOCA SCULPT

  • Get a full body workout by combining the benefits of traditional yoga with HIIT style workouts and optional weights. This class is taught to soca-infused and high energy dance music.

YOGA SCULPT

  • Get a full body workout by combining the benefits of traditional yoga with HIIT style workouts and optional weights.

    Class Duration: 60 minutes

TRAP HOUSE SCULPT

  • Get a full body workout by combining the benefits of traditional yoga with HIIT style workouts and optional weights. This class is taught to trap and house music.

    Class Duration: 60 minutes

SWEATGOOD

  • Suitable for all levels, SweatGood is a high-intensity strength training class that incorporates weights and is designed to target all areas of the body. This dynamic class combines high-intensity internal training (HIIT) with targeted strength exercises to help you reach your fullest potential week and week out.

    Class Duration: 60 minutes

STEPGOOD

  • A fun and high-energy step aerobics class. Step, hop and groove to eclectic hip-hop music while exercising with your community. Beginners are always welcome! Step platforms are provided.

Yinergy

  • Find harmony in this unique combination of half vinyasa and half yin yoga class, providing both energy and relaxation. Open to all levels.

    Class Duration: 60 minutes

Experiential CLASSES

Elevated experiences with live DJs, candlelit rooms, or soothing sound baths to take your practice to a whole new level.

candlelight slow flow
& sound bath

  • Join Namaste Marley Rae for a candlelight slow flow and sound bath. Suitable for all levels, this immersive experience combines yin yoga's gentle movements with the healing vibrations of crystal bowls. Lit by flickering candles, the serene ambiance promotes balance and tranquility for your mind, body, and soul. This seasonal series returns Fall 2024.

    Class Duration: 90 minutes

Dive deeper into your passions and explore new skills with our workshop offerings. From inversions to writing workshops to cacao ceremonies, these classes allow you to focus on honing your craft outside your regular yoga practice.
