Elevate your practice with a creative and seamless Vinyasa yoga class designed for experienced yogis. Intermediate/advanced level but open to all.
Freestyle flow

This creative Vinyasa flow is intended to help you find freedom in your life by integrating breath, movement, strength, meditation and music. This flow is challenging and advanced at moments, yet remains accessible to all.

Find harmony in this unique combination of half vinyasa and half yin yoga, providing both energy and relaxation. Open to all levels.
YOGA SCULPT

Get a full body workout by combining the benefits of traditional yoga with HIIT style workouts and optional weights.
Class Duration: 60 minutes

Yin yoga is designed to work into the fascia, which is the connective tissue of the body. Holding simpler poses for longer duration is designed to release tight joints and improve range of motion. A great slow paced class to help settle down the nervous system for yogis of all levels.
soul flow

This is an active and accessible Vinyasa Flow to R&B and Hip Hop music. You will move and sweat along an arcing sequence to build strength, flexibility and greater sense of play. You will be challenged through all 8 limbs for a challenging and soul-integrating practice. Bring a towel and your playful spirit.

StepGood is a vibrant, high-energy step aerobics class held at The WalkGood Yard in Los Angeles. This is a donation-based and beginner-friendly yoga class taught entirely in Spanish. Saturdays at 9AM.
