Create an account. When you create an account, we collect from you, your personal identifiers (first and last name, date of birth, and email address). You will also create a username and password which will be your account information. You have the ability to opt-in to receiving our newsletter via email. Purchase a membership. When you sign up for a membership, we collect from you, your personal identifiers (full name, telephone number, and email address), your financial information (credit card number, debit card number and billing address), and your account information (username and password). We use this information to process your payment and manage your membership subscription.

Visit our studio. When you visit our studio, we will automatically collect your visual information (video footage through CCTV). We use CCTV cameras to prevent crime and for security purposes.

Contact Us. If you fill out our online contact form, we collect, from you, your personal identifiers (first and last name and email address), and any additional information you choose to provide in the comment box. We use this information to respond to your questions or inquiries, troubleshoot where necessary, and address any issues you have with the Services.

Interact with us on social media. When you interact with one of our fan pages on social networking websites, such as YouTube, Instagram, and Facebook (each a “Fan Page”) (collectively “Fan Pages”), we collect basic engagement metrics and use it to tailor content and marketing and use it to improve user experience as set forth in this section. Please note that we do not control the use or storage of the information that you have posted to any social networking websites. This information is collected and processed by the social networking websites for their own purposes, including marketing.
